If you are purchasing a monthly membership or program, there is no additional charge for the video consultation (it is already included in your price). There is a $25 reservation fee to reserve your appointment which can be used towards the monthly fee or package fee. If you do not qualify, the $25 is fully refundable. The $25 is simply to reserve your appointment with our provider.
Qualifying for medical treatment and specific healthcare plans can depend on various factors, and the process can vary based on your health condition and your previous medical history. During the consultation, our provider will determine if you are a candidate.
We operate as a cash-only practice and do not accept insurance. However, we can provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your policy
We accept payments through credit card, Apple Pay,Google Pay, and Cash App Pay or our monthly memberships. For our weight loss programs, we offer financing through Afterpay Clearpay & Klarna
