If you are purchasing a monthly membership or program, there is no additional charge for the video consultation (it is already included in your price). There is a $25 reservation fee to reserve your appointment which can be used towards the monthly fee or package fee. If you do not qualify, the $25 is fully refundable. The $25 is simply to reserve your appointment with our provider.
We operate as a cash-only practice and do not accept insurance. However, we can provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your policy
We strive to time your refills around 4-5 weeks so you’ll never have a lapse in treatment. If you find that you’re running low, you can always request a refill from kady@newlifeheal.com or text us @432-878-4660 within 5-7 business days of your next month
To check your shipping status and tracking information, simply message us @432-878-4660. We typically send you tracking information for all orders as it becomes available to us, so if you do not get a text, feel free to message us. It typically takes the pharmacy 4-6 business days to fill the prescription order.
At New Life, you are free to cancel or postpone at any time (and for any reason) prior to your next shipment. If at all possible, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice before your next order is set to process.
New Life cannot guarantee refunds for any cancellation requests received after the pharmacy has processed your order. Furthermore,

Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist, and when administered as an injection, it helps regulate appetite and food intake. The medication is specifically designed to assist adults with obesity or those who are overweight in their weight management journey.
Semaglutide Average Weight Loss: Clinical trials have shown that patients using semaglutide for weight management can lose approximately 15-20% of their body weight over 68 weeks when combined with lifestyle changes.
Tirzepatide Average Weight Loss: Studies have indicated that tirzepatide can result in up to 22.5% weight loss over 72 weeks at the highest dose (15 mg weekly), outperforming semaglutide in direct comparisons.
Tirzepatide is another GLP-1 RA, but it also has a dual action as it simultaneously acts on the glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) receptor.
