If you are purchasing a monthly membership or program, there is no additional charge for the video consultation (it is already included in your price). There is a $25 reservation fee to reserve your appointment which can be used towards the monthly fee or package fee. If you do not qualify, the $25 is fully refundable. The $25 is simply to reserve your appointment with our provider.
We operate as a cash-only practice and do not accept insurance. However, we can provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your policy
Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist, and when administered as an injection, it helps regulate appetite and food intake. The medication is specifically designed to assist adults with obesity or those who are overweight in their weight management journey.
Semaglutide Average Weight Loss: Clinical trials have shown that patients using semaglutide for weight management can lose approximately 15-20% of their body weight over 68 weeks when combined with lifestyle changes.
Tirzepatide Average Weight Loss: Studies have indicated that tirzepatide can result in up to 22.5% weight loss over 72 weeks at the highest dose (15 mg weekly), outperforming semaglutide in direct comparisons.
Tirzepatide is another GLP-1 RA, but it also has a dual action as it simultaneously acts on the glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) receptor. GIP is another hormone involved in regulating blood sugar levels after eating. By targeting both GLP-1 and GIP receptors, tirzepatide is designed to provide more potent blood sugar control.
These are given subcutaneously once a week
Common Side Effects

Semaglutide only targets GLP-1 receptors, helping to control blood sugar and reduce appetite.

Those with a history of Certain Cancers [Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma (MTC) & Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2)], those with a history of pancreatitis, severe gastrointestinal conditions, such as gastroparesis, pregnant or breastfeeding women, anyone allergic to the medication, patients with severe kidney problems, and those who are taking other diabetic medications.

We use bioidentical estradiol pills and micronized progesterone pills. For testosterone, we offer injections in MCT oil. We have creams available as well and depending on previous medical history, our provider will recommend which one is right for you.

Injections have better bioavailability than oral supplements as they bypass the digestive system completely, providing a direct supply of B12 into the bloodstream to fuel your body. Oral supplements might work for some, however, as we age, our ability to break down oral supplements often decreases.
The two most common types of injection administration methods are subcutaneous and intramuscular.
Our provider will be on telemedicine with you during your first injection and will provide step-by-step instructions. We also provide patient education on dosing, how to inject, and where to inject.
Typically, you’ll start by injecting 0.5ml or 1 ml/cc per injection once per week. The prescription will have your dose written on it.
