I began my career 7 years ago as a registered nurse. Realizing that true wealth is rooted in health, I pursued my Master’s in Family Medicine from Indiana State University to become a Family Nurse Practitioner.
With 3 years of experience in wellness, hormone therapy, weight loss, orthopedic care, skincare, and more; I am passionate about holistic health.

No, not at this time. We are fully remote.
Telemedicine allows healthcare providers to diagnose, treat, and monitor patients remotely using technology like video calls, phone calls, or messaging. It enables convenient healthcare access from home or anywhere
For a telemedicine visit, you’ll need a device with a camera and microphone (smartphone, tablet, or computer) and a stable internet connection. You may also need an app or link provided by the practice to join the session.
Absolutely! Since we offer telemedicine consultations, our services are available to anyone in the state of Texas & Iowa, where we are licensed, to provide care. You can access our services from the comfort of your own home, no matter where you are located.

M-F: 6:00pm-9:00pm and Saturday/Sundays from 9am-1pm
If you are purchasing a monthly membership or program, there is no additional charge for the video consultation (it is already included in your price). There is a $25 reservation fee to reserve your appointment which can be used towards the monthly fee or package fee. If you do not qualify, the $25 is fully refundable. The $25 is simply to reserve your appointment with our provider.
We operate as a cash-only practice and do not accept insurance. However, we can provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your policy
