Our story

New Life Heal was born out of frustration with the current healthcare model — one that too often forces both patients and providers to compromise care due to limited time, energy, and resources.

Having experienced this from both sides — as a patient and as a provider — it became clear that there had to be more. There had to be a better way.

That belief inspired the creation of New Life Heal: a place where modern medicine meets functional care. Our mission is to bridge the gap between conventional treatments and whole-person wellness, empowering patients to take control of their health through compassion, science, and personalized care.

Kathryn, our CEO + nurse practitioner graduated from Indiana State University with her Master’s in Family Medicine. Focusing on wellness and holistic care, she has been working in hormones, weight loss, orthopedic care, skin care, and a wide range of specialties as a nurse practitioner for the last 3 years.

Being from Iowa and living in Texas, she wanted the best of both states and started New Life Teleheal to create a healthcare platform and brand to meet your health needs.

Dr. Jeremy Campbell, our leading supervising physician, has 11 years+ of experience in Emergency Medicine. B With a strong clinical background and a commitment to patient-centered care, Dr. Campbell supervises a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that best practices in emergency care are consistently upheld.

Dr. Campbell experience encompasses both urban and rural settings, allowing him to adapt to a variety of patient needs and emergencies. Dr. Campbell excels in critical care situations and is passionate about mentoring and supporting his team. His leadership extends beyond the clinical settings.

In his free time, Dr. Campbell enjoys spending time with his family & staying active.

Prei has intensive training at Hello Rache as a certified healthcare assistant and patient care coordinator.

She is a versatile professional with a proven track record of delivering exceptional care to patients in health and wellness. Her exposure provides her with outstanding customer service and care for our patients.
